DINNER PACKAGE

 

Enhance your wedding dinner in the Great Hall by preselecting a set menu for you and your fiancé. All menu selections are due at least three weeks prior to your arrival and can be organized with your Wedding Manager.

Please note, these set menus are only offered in the Great Hall and not available in any other restaurant outlet in the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

All Dinners Include Valentine Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Specialty Blend Lot 35 Teas with Milk, Honey & Honey & Lemon

Any additional choices will attract a surcharge of $7 per person.

All prices are based on pre selected choices. Table side choices will be charged at $17 per person each course.

All charges are subject to 5% GST. All food & beverage prices are subject to a mandatory surcharge of which 67% of the surcharge is a gratuity that is distributed to the Hotel’s servers and, as appropriate other staff and the remaining 33% of the surcharge is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to the Hotel employees) by the hotel.
